Asia Song Festival 2009

I’m so excited about this! I heard that Super Junior, Girls’ Generation (SNSD), Big Bang and 2NE1 are the representatives of Korea in this year’s Asia Song Festival. Super Junior didn’t participate last year so I’m really lookng forward to this year’s festival. Singers from nine countries in Asia will participate but I don’t think Philippines will participate this year.  The final line-up didn’t include any representatives from the Philippines.

I remember watching last year’s festival (in television ^_^) and the all the performers were awesome, I was wondering if Super Junior would be there too but they weren’t so I’m kinda disappointed but now I’m so excited after hearing that they would be there.  I really wanna go there and watch the Asia Song Festival but I’m sure my parents wouldn’t allow me. (There really are certain events in your life you’ll actually realize that life sucks. XD) I’ll just rely in the television for now.

The 6th Asia Song Festival will be held on September 19 2009, Saturday 6 pm in the Seoul World Cup Stadiun.

Jeong Hye Min leaving Gavy NJ

I just found out that Gavy NJ’s leader Jeong Hye Min left the group. I was really shocked and saddened after hearing this news. I really like Gavy NJ a lot, their songs are good and the vocals are amazing.  Gavy NJ is a very talented group and I believe they are too underrated for having less popularity than the others.  Although the group will not be disbanded I’ll still miss Jeong Hye Min. Gavy NJ is really one of the most talented groups out there. I still find it hard to believe. Jeong Hye Min is so talented, I wish she would be able to come back in the future. A new member would  replace her in their next album.  I hope the new member will do a good job in the new album.

Jeong Hye-min, the leader of female group Gavy NJ, left the team a while ago, according to the group’s representative. Speculations about Jeong’s departure have been circulating the industry for some time, but her representative just confirmed the rumors after her management agency agreed to let her go. Jeong will take a break for a while before resuming her singing career. She has been a member of Gavy NJ for three years and eight months since the team was first formed.

As for Gavy NJ, a new member has already been selected. Still unknown to the public, the new vocal is currently recording an album with other members and the group’s new release will go on sale sometime in August.
